The RESlient Runner Programs

The Resilient Runner programs help runners improve performance, prevent injuries, and build a body that can handle the demands of running over the lifetime.

Each program is carefully developed by Devolv founder Dr. Kurt Rolfes, DPT CSCS, an experienced marathoner, triathlete, and ultra-runner, to balance performance and longevity.

  • Resilient Runner: A time-efficient, minimal-equipment approach that’s highly effective for building strength and resilience. 2x 40~ minute strength and power workouts and 1x ~20 minute mobility workout per week.

  • Resilient Runner+: Includes advanced movement variations and additional exercises for a greater challenge and higher training volume. 2x ~60 minute strength and power workouts and 1x ~30 minute mobility workout per week.

Both programs prioritize lower body strength, power, and mobility to optimize running performance and protect against running-related injuries. Each program is 12 weeks long, with 4 different phases.
