What’s up, it’s Kurt! I am the founder of Devolv Performance & Rehab.

I LOVE TO MOVE! And I’m here to help people balance performance and longevity while chasing their most wild goals.

The human body as a whole has always been one of my biggest interests. Over time, I began to understand that physical activity was a fun, healthy, and powerful way to positively affect your own body and mind.

I followed my interests, and went on to obtain both my B.S in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Saint Louis University. Along the way, I rehabbed several of my own injuries in order to fuel my passion for both running and strength training. I currently practice as a physical therapist, having treated thousands of patients, and help coach runners and hybrid athletes. For some sick reason, I also run ultra-marathons to scratch my movement itch.

My goal in starting Devolv is to fill the gap between performance training and clinical rehabilitation— sharing knowledge and actionable tools to train hard while staying healthy.

I wanted to create a brand where athletes of all levels can access expert-level movement assessment, learn about their bodies, and receive personalized coaching from anywhere.
